Joe Mastriano and Dave Snyder of the OCDWEP are asking for all anglers that fish in Onondaga Lake and the surrounding river systems to please take part in this program (map and description of the zones). ANYONE can participate, so don't think you have to be a bass angler, have to own a boat, or have to fish with special equipement to help out!! THEY NEED YOUR HELP!
